Won four races last year and was series runner-up to Dario Franchitti by just 13 points after running out of fuel on the last turn of the last lap of the last race at Chicagoland. Won season opener this year, his 11th career win.

Interesting article on his racing career. Our son used to race go-karts and he raced against Ingles in Saust championships when our son was about 15. He came about 3rd. And he won the Australian Junior titles one year. Then lost it as when they rebuilt the motor, they forgot to clean the gasket. Therefore it was illegal. We couldnt believe it as we asked if that was ok and told yes. But that is life and an expensive lesson well learnt.
